Sun & Mon lost to sickness………

Sun. was insanely violent nasty stomach attack ………….very scary!!!! and muscle pain after unbelievable…..started 6am out of the blue…..the rest of the curled up in a ball trying to sleep……..fever and chills….. 

Mon. afraid to eat or drink, muscle pain lessen but still very painful…………weak and drained, @ 5pm braved a little water and Aceto for pain……it stayed down and worked a bit…

Bad food or Virus ???

Unsure and as long as I continue to get better, I do not care……

Braved 3 ginger snaps, really eased my stomach and a little diet coke @ 8pm…..

Tomorrow I pray its even better after sleep, sleep heals…..
